We are a law firm specializes in startups, fintechs, agrotechs, scale-ups, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship in the fields of Corporate Law, Tax Law and Intellectual Property.

We do not have a traditional profile as seen in the legal sector. We are a disruptive, uncomplicated and modern office. In our three units, in Porto Alegre, in São Paulo and Florianópolis, the work environment is relaxed and our methodology is agile related to project development.

Our professional team relies on experienced lawyers who are familiarized with the technology environment. All this environment combined with great legal technical knowledge.

One of our goals is to foster the innovation and technology ecosystem growth. We believe in corporate legal education, assisting the players as well as supporting the main entities and events of the sector. Therefore, our blog is daily fed with news and information that involves the innovation and technology ecosystem. In our Youtube channel, CANAL SL, we offer explanatory videos on legal -business issues (Soon in English!).
